Bond Simcoe Urban Square
Part of the Plan20Thirty downtown revitalization, Bond Simcoe Urban Square will be located between Bond Street, Simcoe Street and Ontario Street and will include a number of amenities, green spaces and walkways. The exciting news of additional landscaping is especially meaningful for residents and apartment owners, as it includes:
- New amenities such as recreational areas, pedestrian spaces, green spaces and a public art piece.
- Neighborhood attractiveness for investors.
- Improvements to the infrastructure of the area, such as improved road surfaces and upgraded underground utilities.
How will it be done?
- Phase 1 – Spring 2025: Site preparation, dismantling of outdated structures, paving, installation of lighting, landscaping, and urban fixtures.
- Phase 2 – 2026: Installation of a large art piece, which will become a symbol of the renewed neighborhood.
