Welcome to our spring updates & community news!

Tax Receipts: If you require rent receipts for your taxes, please email customercare@prismpm.ca. Please ensure that the unit number and building are included.
Community Rules & Reminders
NO Smoking Reminder: Tenants are NOT permitted to smoke within the building, balconies, units, or common areas. There are designated smoking areas outside.
This includes cigarettes, cigars, or cannabis. This is part of your lease and a city of Oshawa By-Law.
Balcony Cleaning: Please be mindful of your neighbours below. Do not push debris or water off your balcony. Ensure pets do not use the balcony as a washroom.
We have received complaints about discarded cigarette/cigars on balconies. This is a fire hazard.

Underground Parking Garage: Date to be announced.
Storage Locker Cleaning: Performed during garage cleaning.
Garbage Bin On-site: End of April - Early May.
