It’s finally here! The first-ever Pet Fest Vendor Market at Parkwood Estate National Historic Site will take place on Saturday, July 5 at 270 Simcoe St N, Oshawa from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Parkwood National Historic Site recently treated us to their Spring Fest Market 2025 and a new celebration is coming – for our little friends, and their owners.
The event is free and will take place on the outdoor grounds of the Parkwood Site featuring 60+ vendors with different products from well-known and local businesses. The event will be supported by Oshawa Animal Services and the Humane Society of Durham Region.
Organizers and vendors will hold a raffle with gift packages. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event.
Safety
For safety of animals and people Parkwood National Historic Site noted the following:
“All pets must remain leashed or contained at all times, and handlers are responsible for stooping and scooping. If any animal becomes aggressive to people or other pets, you may be asked to leave the event to ensure everyone’s safety.”
Donations
Organizers noted that “clothing, food, & accessory donations welcome”.
Parking
Please use the Lakeridge Health Parking Garage, O’Neill CVI parking lot non-reserved spaces (Mary Street) or neighbourhood street parking where allowed.
